It’s normal to lose
about 70-100 hair per day. But exceeding this limit can be alarming. There can

for hair trimming regularly, it will prevent hair tearing. Always wash your
hair regularly with normal water and brushing them from scalp to upwards is
also beneficial for hair health. You can wash hair with water by adding two
spoons of borax powder in it, it will also keep preventing hair fall. When
purchasing shampoo, always go for mild shampoo. Harsh shampoo may cause hair
damage.
